Unfortunately the power repair will not happen until at least 8:45. With an hour needed to prepare the pool, we’re really only left with 4th group practicing in the best case scenario. Considering this, we’ve decided to cancel all practices today.

Wednesday, June 28. There is no power at the pool as of 6:00am. Without power we cannot run the pool pump so we cannot hold practice. We need to get power back and balance the pool water before we can swim. Please stay tuned

Water Llamas, you did Coach Rita proud today. She said IHSC would beat Cape and even though the psych sheet said it was too close to call, you made it happen in a big way. Lots of great swims, lots of new strokes. Fantastic meet, everyone.

Good morning 

The water temperature is 73 degrees.  We will have practice - 30 minutes for each group - starting at their normal times but no stroke clinic or in-water helpers. Text or call Coach Sandy if you have any questions. 

See you at 219 Sycamore Street in Severna Park. Relays check in at 7:25 am. Everyone else by 7:35 am. Bring chairs and plan on street parking, so leave some extra time. Go, IHSC!

Hi Water Llamas!

Just wanted to let everyone know that practice will still be on tonight and tomorrow, assuming the air quality stays the same. As always, practice is never mandatory, so if you feel safer staying at home please do so!

Just a reminder - IHSC does not practice on Friday evenings. The pool is open to the community. We practice Monday - Thursday evening until Tuesday, June 13th. After that we practice Monday - Friday mornings.
