Water Llamas, you did Coach Rita proud today. She said IHSC would beat Cape and even though the psych sheet said it was too close to call, you made it happen in a big way. Lots of great swims, lots of new strokes. Fantastic meet, everyone. 

Special shout out to Coach Rosalee today. We had to pull three assistant coaches to fulfill volunteer assignments and Coach Rosalee still got our other volunteers in place, our swimmers in their relays and events, got everyone warmed up, oh - and she swam all of her events to distinction. 

More on volunteering in an upcoming email. Today, we celebrate a big win against a favorite team.
