All swimmers must have AAU Insurance before they can get in the pool, so come early if you haven't registered your swimmer yet.

Schedule - there is some flexibility, so ask if you have questions

6:45 am - 7:50 Adult Swim
8:00 am - 8:30 am  (optional) Stroke Clinic ($5 per swimmer, 30 minutes of stroke instruction with another swimmer)

8:30 - 9:00 am First Group. All non-swimmers and evening Group 1 swimmers

9:00 - 9:30 am Second Group. 12 and Under, legal in breast and/or butterfly but not both.

9:30 - 10:00 Third Group. 12 and Under and legal in 100 IM or 13 and older but learning competitive strokes.

10:00 - 10:45 Fourth Group. 12 and older, legal in 100 IM. This is only for our strongest swimmers.
