Good Evening Water Llama Families,

Welcome to the 2024 summer swim season, we cannot wait to see everyone's smiling sun-screened face very soon!! This year due to some unforeseen circumstances we have had to think about raising additional money. Our insurance dues increased, we only have 2 home meets this season (instead of the usual 3) and the additional cost of running the pool has also increased. To help offset some of this and prevent any mandatory fundraising we have some ideas:

• Community Spirit Signage-Water Llama swim club yard sign, we will be happy to deliver your yard sign and install it in your front yard! $20/sign.
• Community Business Sponsorship-If you are a small business owner or know someone in the community that would be open to a sponsorship, we are offering publicity on our Swimtopia website as well as our community FB page. There would also be a banner opportunity available at our home meets if interested. (Various options are available so please reach out to myself or Kaitlin Marts for more specifics. We will also be offering a discount for swim memberships next year for any sponsorship brought into the club)
• Aid for French Toast Fridays-If your family or several families would like to come together and sponsor the items needed for a French Toast Friday, there are 6 total in the season. (Average cost of French Toast Friday around $100)
• Amazon Wish-list-We have an Amazon Wish-list that we will be sending out to everyone for review (Indian Hills Swim Club Wish List). You can purchase concession/meet items to support the team as well. (i.e. ring pops/paper/ink cartridges/candy) If you are ordering through the wish-list please have all items ordered before the end of May.
