Morning practices are Monday - Friday mornings from Monday, 6/27 - Friday 7/22

Based on our numbers this year, we will combine Level 2 a&b and separate Level 3 and Level 4. Please see the attached group assignments and let Coach Sandy know if you have questions. 

Stroke Clinic 8:00am - 8:30am (Optional small group stroke work. $5 per swimmer, as helpers are available. Most helpers are assigned by 7:55 am.)

Pre-Team and Level 1 8:30am - 9:00am

Level 2 - 9:00am - 9:35am

Level 3 (legal 100 IM. Under 12 and developing stroke(s) - 9:35am - 10:10am

Level 4 - (legal 100 IM time and 12 years+) 10:10am - 10:55am
