PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS NOW! THE MEET SCHEDULE (https://ihsc.swimtopia.com/swim_meets) is live. You can enter your swimmers, decline meets you know they will miss, and sign up for your minimum of three volunteer spots for all of the dual meets.

EVENING PRACTICES

Practices are in the evening from Mon - Thu from 5/31 - 6/23

Pre-Team (non-swimmers) will not practice until our morning practices, but some swimmers may want to meet and practice basic skills before practice in the afternoons as pool space allows. Email me if you are interested.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON FINAL REGISTRATION NUMBERS:

Level 1 - 6:00pm - 6:20pm

Level 2a & 2b - 6:20pm - 6:50pm

Level 3 & 4 6:50pm - 7:30pm

MORNING PRACTICES

Morning practices are Monday - Friday mornings from Monday, 6/27 - Friday 7/22

Stroke Clinic 8:00am - 8:30am

Pre-Team and Level 1 8:30am - 9:00am

Level 2a - 9:00am - 9:35am

Level 2b - 9:35am - 10:10am

Level 3 & 4 - 10:10am - 10:45am
